Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Baker Tax & Advisory Group, LLC., we are committed to providing exceptional tax and advisory services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Terms and Conditions
1. Service Nature and Payment Plans
– Yearly Service Plans: Our services are offered on a yearly basis with an option for a payment plan. We do not offer monthly subscriptions.
– Refund Eligibility: Only technical calls with our CPAs are eligible for refunds. Services such as Company Creation, Tax Filings, or any packages cannot be refunded once rendered. However, clients can cancel the renewal for the following year.
2. Early Cancellations
– Early Cancellation Consequences:
- Any early cancellations will be referred to our legal department.
- Any pending services, applications, and processes will be canceled immediately.
- Actions may include placing a lien on the business and reporting the business to the IRS and the Better Business Bureau.
Refund and Cancellation Process
1. Requesting a Refund
– Technical Calls with CPAs:
- If you are not satisfied with a technical call with one of our CPAs, you may request a refund.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the call.
- Submit a refund request via email to support@jamesbakercpa.com with your name, contact details, and the date of the call.
2. Canceling Services
– Renewal Cancellations:
- Clients wishing to cancel the renewal for the subsequent year must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current service period.
- Send written cancellation requests to support@jamesbakercpa.com with your name, company name, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
– Early Cancellations:
- For any early cancellation of yearly service plans, immediate action will be taken by our legal department.
- Consequences may include placing a lien on the business and reporting to the IRS and the Better Business Bureau.
– Non-Payment:
- Services on payment plans where no payment has been received for 60 days will be considered canceled due to non-payment and will be subject to the early cancellation policies outlined above.
Legal Disclaimers
– Non-Refundable Services:
- Services including but not limited to Company Creation, Tax Filings, or any packages are non-refundable once rendered.
- Clients may cancel the renewal for the following year but will not receive a refund for the current year’s services already performed.
– Compliance with Florida State Laws:
- This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
